Controller

For the personal data of the people who sign up and use the panel, the Platform is the controller. For the customer data dealers enter into the panel, the dealer concerned is the controller and the Platform is its processor.

What data do we process?

• Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone.
• Account: password hash, sign-in records, device and IP details.
• Business: dealership name, legal name, tax and licence details.
• Support: tickets, conversations and attachments.

Why do we process it?

• To provide the service and keep the account safe.
• To give support and improve the service.
• To meet legal duties.

Legal ground

Entering into and performing the contract, legal duty and legitimate interest. Marketing messages are sent only with consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Who do we share it with?

With the suppliers we use for hosting and for sending e-mail and SMS, only as far as the service needs; with authorities entitled by law, on request.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as the account is open and, after it is closed, for the periods the law requires. Data past its period is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing and receive a copy. Send your request from the contact page or as a ticket in the panel; it is answered within 30 days at the latest.
